Phoebe

Here is Phoebe, number 2 of 4 magic school bus fanarts. There are few things i would still tweak but i am soooooo done working on this particular picture so this is how she will stay.

I never did like the wierd little jumpsuit she wore, so i changed it to a cute albeit short dress and gave her a long-flowy-sleeved shirt. I kept the stockings yellow (i tried doing them white and it just looked....odd?) and I always saw her as a girly girl so i imagined that she would let her hair grow long as a teenager.
